Swedish audio emblem UrbanEars has introduced its first pairs of true wi-fi earbuds, the Luma and the Alby. They’re modestly specced, but that’s understandable bearing in mind they’re priced at just $NINETY NINE and $SIXTY NINE respectively.
The UrbanEars Alby are the cheaper of the two at $SIXTY NINE, and for that value you’re getting three hours of battery life from the earbuds themselves, plus an additional 12 hours from the USB-C charging case. They’ve got an IPX4 resistance to water splashing, and there’s a single microphone on each and every earbud for making calls. Stepping as much as the $NINETY NINE Luma will get you more battery life with FIVE hours consistent with price, a wi-fi charging (or USB-C) case that provides 20 hours extra, and an extra microphone on each earbud to cut back history noise whilst calling. Both units of buds come with touch and voice controls and are available in black, green, white, or violet.
