Google employees call for better remedy for settlement workers amid coronavirus main issue

Former Google engineer James Damore, who sued Google in 2018 for allegedly discriminating against conservative white males, has asked a court docket to disregard the swimsuit, Bloomberg reported. The written request through Damore and 3 other males who joined his go well with also was joined by Google. Damore’s attorney mentioned as a part of an agreement with Google the lads are barred from talking in regards to the case past the Thursday filing in Santa Clara Awesome Court, according to Bloomberg.

Neither Damore’s attorney nor Google replied to requests for comment from The Verge on Saturday.

The Company fired Damore in 2017 after he wrote a debatable interior memo suggesting girls were biologically less suited to tech jobs.
